CEI - OE Dashboard settings - reverted back to default settings

Hello Amit Thorve, Vinayak Kulkarni,

For CEI, I unchecked several "Auto Flip Flag" and "Black Out Period" boxes to manage all of my templates, but for some reason, after Open Enrollment started today, 11/6/2017, the "Auto Flip Flag" and "Blackout Period" check boxes reverted back to default settings and were checked again, which is incorrect.

I had to correct them back to what they were last week. I don't know if it's because I dragged the "Company Template Name" column to the right that caused this or some other action.
