Pre-Requisites
1)Security setting -> Last four digits of SSN as password
Steps :
1)Login with partner
2)Add Employee Through Import or UI
3)Mail trigger
4)As per security setting Username policy is generating properly but password Policy is generating incorrect.
Please note : When password setting is last four character : Policy is not generating correct, also show "Please contact to your administrator"
While when we select other Password security options its works fine.

Please note - Policy will be generate according to security setting when UserId and Password will be tagged in Email Message format, as its dynamic to all company.
Same in case of System url, we need to tag SystemURL in email message format, then only workterra url will be displayed.

Hi Jayshree Nagpure,
Config file used by addEmployee through UI, contained duplicate values for SiteURL. System was fetching the first declaration which was 'stage.workterra.net' instead of 'www.workterra.net'. I have corrected config file. You can check now.

But system url is not correct. its showing https://stage.workterra.net/ 
through Import its showing https://www.workterra.net/ as system url
