Can you please let us know where did you faced this problem?

Which custom form you were building? what is the name of the form?
What is/are the name(s) of the fields on which you faced issue while editing length? and what exactly was the length you entered for that field which you were trying to edit?
What is the version of the IE you are using?

Only then we will be able to investigate the issue.
Because we created a test form and added some fields and later edited the length of field which is saved on click apply on IE.

Verified with Partner login and Verified on IE-11 Browser

Analysis and Observations as Below:

I have created a Custom test form and added some fields and later edited the length of field which is saved on click apply on IE. Also, I have edited existing form "Disability Pre existing Condition" which is also Edited and saved Properly on IE -11 Browser

I have tested this scenario on Production for Packard Compannies for HSPL , i have added Custom Form on IE11 ,IE10 & IE9 browser's along with editing field lengths no issues occurred forms were saved successfully.

Hi Niteen,

Had discussion with Jackie Sivigny on below scenario and got this reproduced. Below is scenario-

Take a paragraph control, click on settings button, Change width (say from Full to Large) and hit 'Apply' button, System doesn't popup success message.

Now click 'close' button and observe the changes has not been saved.

We need to fix this. It has been observed on IE 11 browser.

Please find below 3C's of the issue,
Concern:Custom Form Save not working on IE Browser

Cause: JavaScript function which is used while saving paragraph data is not supported by IE browser.
This issue is only in case of paragraph control in IE browser.

Correction: We have fixed the code.We will let you once it is deployed on production
