Please see the record of Chataignier Boult. When saving the EE demographics we are getting a server error. We are also getting an error when trying to enroll in the Accident Gold plan.

We have corrected data of employee Chataignier Boult. Please verify same at your end and let us know in case of any issue/concern.
Regarding Root cause:- we are in-process find RCF of this issue.

Here are our analysis.
In our Workterra system we have 4 Members for Chataignier Boult (EE, 3 CH).
While sending to Selerix portal we are sending only these four members but after reaching their site they displaying duplicate records for two child (Brandon and Zachary). Attaching Screenshot.
and SAML request Unable to embed resource: Chataignier_Boult_439397071_SAML.xml of type application/xml .
Now when we return from Selerix portal to WT after enrollment we are receiving details of 6 members which our system doesn't allow.

(I removed Question section from response for XML readability.)
So this is something on which Selerix team can help. They need to look why their system is displaying duplicate records for child's. Once this gets fix our system will store the correct data as soon as they pass us back.

2) In second sheet, there are EEs whose is having future election but members are not present in coverage table.
As per discussion, Please confirm with client what coverage need to be corrected?
