1. Error page get displayed on click of link " Flexible Spending Calculator" present in Work Life Tools & Calculators.

2. Admin can not add employee when "UHC / UMR Admin rights policy is assigned" to admin.
Because - Such admin do not have access to All the Class fields.
Admin could not select value from "Paryoll Schedule" field and it’s a mandatory field.
Payroll Schedule can populate value only when user selects at least a value from all the classes.

Cause: We have found that in the "Site Branding & Configuration" screen-> Work/Life Tools & Calculators, incorrect URL is saved for "Flexible Spending Calculator" which is "./FSACakcukatir"

Correction: We have updated the URL for the link "Flexible Spending Calculator" to "./FSACalculator" on Stage and Production both.

I have verified the "Flexible Spending Calculator" link on production in "BioRad for Hspl" copy. Its working as expected.

Observed one thing that Admin has no rights for Class 3 and 4 on both stage and Production environment (Refer attached screenshot) . So, Admin won't be able to add employee. Please provide some rights as per your requirement to add employee if required.

Eligibility report does give error when all plans are selected. Billing report should have executed. We will research more why blank screen is appearing for Billing Report.

Prasanna Karlekar I was able to pull up an eligibility report by checking just one benefit type. Is this correct report pulling settings that for the eligibility report you can only select one benefit type to run at a time?

With regards to the Billing Details report I was able to run the report by just clicking one benefit type. This report does need to run with all types checked since the billing team using this report to create the consolidated bill. The consolidate bill includes all benefit types. Please advise when this report is available to run with all benefit types. Our recon team needs to run out a report to provide a sample consolidate bill for the client to review and approve.

For Eligibility report as mentioned earlier, when this report is executed with lot of plan selections it runs out of memory and throws an exception. This has always been the behavior and will need a performance fix. We cannot work on this immediately.

For Billing Report, yes the report should have executed successfully for all plans. As mentioned yesterday, we need to research why blank screen is appearing. We will take this today.

Now billing report showing data on screen instead of blank screen. We have done some changes in a report execution query which retrieve data faster.
The report was showing blank screen because report query was taking more than 4 minutes to execute due to this RDL shows blank screen. But after our changes it gets execute less than a minute. Time for report execution may be vary by report to report based on the selected fields/criteria.

Issue of Billing report is resolved. Billing report is working as expected.

Please set the seat limit on production to 21 seats. Per signed SOW they are allowed a total of 20 admins seats. We need the seat limit to be set to 21 since we will have 20 seats for client then we need 1 for internal use.

In addition to the admin seat increase the Paycheck Management section shows on production from employee view. This is under the Benefits menu both the Paycheck Management + View Paycheck need to be removed from the employee view on production. This was done on stage, reference ticket # WT-12091
Also, please remove the following report from the production employee view: Time sheet report and Eligibility Report. These reports were also removed from stage, reference ticket WT-12091
