      Description

      Change the @Employee to E.ID in Additional criteria
      With reference of the trac #12109
      Changes for to add parameter to @Employee to E.ID for all senarios

            I have verified this issue on Stage and it is not Solved.
            It is throwing same Error for
            1]Employee Home Page File Upload
            When adding eligibility criteria refer attached screen and error log:

            ErrorID : 0
            ErrorSource : ControllerAppTier.GetCollection->BenAdminControllerAppTier.GetData->CollectionManager.GetCollection->CollectionManager.GetBenefitInformationCollection->EmployeeHomePageFileEligibility.FetchAllEligibileEmployeeHomePageFilesForCategories->EmployeeHomePageFileEligibility.FetchCheckEligibilityForEmployeeHomePageFiles->EmployeeHomePageFileEligibility.FetchDemographicEligibilityForEmployeeHomePageFiles
            ErrorMessage: Must declare the scalar variable "@EffectiveDate".
            StackTrace: at WORKTERRA.BenAdmin.BenAdminControllerAppTier.GetCollection(BenAdminControllerWebTierEntity objBenAdminControllerWebTierEntity)
            at WORKTERRA.ControllerAppTier.GetCollection(Int32 intProjectsId, String strInput)
