1. The Enrollment report is checked for zero cost, blank value - working as expected
2. One discrepancy observed -

Rate mapped to this plan -
2018 Kaiser CA Elite Plan
2018 Kaiser CA Elite Plan CAPPED
Company - SBM

Both Mapped Rate is eligibility of Salary. This employee does not have salary so rate should not eligible for Medical plan but employee getting $214.67 Rate.

As discussed with Avnish Yadav this is due to Employee salary set to 0 after Import.

Jaideep Vinchurkar, Can you check 0 salary import is valid or not? also If salary is 0 then why it is showing blank on UI.

I have checked the files, they have changed the salary to $0. This is a valid change.
Swapnil Pandhare, could you please check this? why it is showing nothing on UI but database have 0 in gross annual salary and benefit salary fields.
