For this company all rates which are mapped to plans (i.e. Choice HMO Plan, Dental, High Deductible Plan, Vision & Choice Plus Plan) are getting terminated on 2018-09-30 but we are pulling report with end date as after termination date. So for now it is showing blank value. We have already open JIRA (i.e. WT-11650) for this.

Suppose we have pulled report with or before date 2018-09-30 then it is showing proper values on Enrollment Report. Those enrolled election rates are terminating on/after End date of report only for those records value will appear.

While audit all other companies also please check same scenarios. For now this behavior exists for all companies.

Choice HMO Plan, Dental, High Deductible Plan, Vision & Choice Plus Plan are getting blank values on reports,As WT-11650 is already logged for getting blank value on reports ,So this issue will be fixed with WT-11650.
hence WT-12345 will be closed with this WT-11650.
once it gets fixed ,reassign to me.

This is not an issue. As per system behavior it is working as expected. This is what existing implementation we have for now.

So you can not wait to close this issue till WT-11650. Because this scenario exists for all companies and we could not keep all our audit ticket on-hold due to this.
