EE Michael Day has a medical and Dental OE record went across on the payroll file. Some of his records are New Hire enrollment and Some are Open Enrollment. Looking at the history he was a new hire benefits eff 112/1 but made a change to the Dental in the OE Window. Why were those records fetched, the client should not be getting those yet. Rajendra Pawar Should I also make a consideration for each tier specifically in the rule, that is to say or this or that? I dont want to change or impact the new mapping we set per your suggestion

Below are the 3C's
Concern : Employee Leslie Toby with a FAMILY instead of EE only. This has worked for some time, what is it about this enrollment that sent the wrong code?
Cause : We checked 11/17/2017's export file and found the wrong code on file. Employee Leslie Toby is terminated from plan 2017 Health Savings Account on 2017-11-14 10:31:05.367.
Below two plans are mapped on template Payroll CMIC Payroll HSA Only 2017
1) Blue Saver Medical
2) 2017 Health Savings Account
Template is change only, and there is no enrollment change for medical. because of this wrong code rolled on file.
Rule on Rule engine is as per below snap.
Correction : Please map Enrollment Export All Elections On Election Change Indicator. this will send correct code on file.
