Zero's are coming down from some of the employee's plans for STD, Voluntary EE and Spouse Life & AD&D. Have emailed the discrepancy report to IRTTEAM. Please see applicable tabs and if you have questions about the explanation in the notes, please let me know.

All of except two have been coming down this way since 01/01/2017, most have been reported previously but still unresolved. The plans have not been included in the clients bill.

If they are not valid, can their plans be terminated?
