CI and ACC plans have rates mapped, but file is having cost. when rates are mapped import gives preference to mapped rates instead of cost given in file. Hence the cost given in file is as good as of no use.

There are no effective dates in medical files of April and May Month. We have paused the load after April Demographics load.

Observations:
Demographics, Life, Disability were imported successfully.
Medical, dental, Vision had less but consistent kick outs.
QA verification is in progress.

We have not received new Beneficiary file yet, the previous one was not getting opened. Also, please let us know when can we load the term files.

Assuming that there are too many bad records.

All records were successful and so I did not provide bad file as there wasn't any. Did you find any records that are not present in system? Can you please mention some as examples.

We have completed the Historic load for beneficiaries. Here's cad file : Bad_Beneficiary12_20_2017 05_16_04 AM.zip
40 out of 409 Records were kicked out with error : Employee not enrolled in Plan. Others were successful.
Please verify and let us know if you have any queries.
