Below are our observations:

• Demographics:

• There are two fields in file : Class1 and division. Both most of the time have same value, but some employees have different too. For Example: Brent Derrick. No fields except Class1 was found with name division. If we map class1 to class1, what should division be mapped to? Division has some values which are not in system for Class1.
• Department column has a value "Admin" which was not found in system. Please suggest.
• Location field was not found.
• Principal ID field was not found.
• Assurant ID field was not found.
  Spouse:
• Relationship column has value 'P'. What should be mapped to P in DTS?
• Benefit Start date is effective date. Is it correct?
  Termination Files:
• We are loading termination separately for first time. What should be the sequence? Options are at start of load for every month OR after completing demographics and Dependent OR after completing load for whole month. Please suggest.
• VOL in termination reason is "Voluntary Termination". Is it correct?

We did not find any discrepancies in Election date.

For beneficiary, We were not able to open the excel file. The beneficiaries will be loaded in then end, so we have time. can you please send the file again?

The company is still with QA for verification. Once they give us go ahead, we will load Jan files on Monday 12/04 and share bad files with you.
If Jan files go well, we will start loading rest of the files from Tuesday and will complete this load by Thursday 12/07 including QA

we have loaded Jan data on Precision production. Please find attached Bad file. review them and let us know if we can proceed with other files.
Observations:
CI and ACC plans have rates mapped, but file is having cost. when rates are mapped import gives preference to mapped rates instead of cost given in file. Hence the cost given in file is as good as of no use.

We have corrected the bad records. Please load the remaining months and provide bad records as soon as possible

There are no effective dates in medical files of April and May Month. We have paused the load after April Demographics load.
Please provide the effective dates do that we can proceed ahead.

We have completed the historical data load for Precision.

Observations:

• Demographics, Life, Disability were imported successfully.
• Medical, dental, Vision had less but consistent kick outs.

QA verification is in progress.

• Life Plan - Employee enrolled in plan.

• HSA - Employee enrolled in plan .
• Acc CI Plan - Employee enrolled in plan with proper coverage and cost (Verified cost calculation).
• Beneficiary - Not loaded
• Term by month - Not Loaded

We have not received new Beneficiary file yet, the previous one was not getting opened. Also, please let us know when can we load the term files.

Minimum beneficiary are imported on Production.
Assuming that there are too many bad records.
Could not cross verify as bad file is not shared with me.

All records were successful and so I did not provide bad file as there wasn't any. Did you find any records that are not present in system? Can you please mention some as examples.

40 out of 409 Records were kicked out with error : Employee not enrolled in Plan. Others were successful.
