If we talk about 'Retiree VSP Vision - EE + 1 Dependent' plan, mapped rate is effective from 01/01/2018. So on confirmation statement in current enrollment section you will not see any cost.However, you will see cost for same plan under future enrollment section effective from 01/01/2018.

General observation : All rates on county of san Luis Obispo are effective from 01/01/2018. There for all enrollments that are effective in 2017 will not be having costs for 2017.

Per BCC:

The issue is occurring in the Future Enrollment Section as well as on the actual Enroll Now page. Using the OE window that is available, the rate would be visible prior to electing the plan, but once the plan is elected, the rate disappears. The rate also then shows as $0.00 in the Future Enrollment section on the Confirmation Statement. I am concerned that this is a larger issue that if no rate is being presented after election, that this will pull $0.00 on to the Invoice.

We tried some scenarios to reproduce this issue
1)Enrolled existing EE in 'Retiree VSP Vision - EE + 1 Dependent' plan through Partner login and OE mode and checked cost on enroll now page and confirmation statement page.But cost displayed properly on both the screen
2)Added new EE : Enrolled new EE in 'Retiree VSP Vision - EE + 1 Dependent' plan through Partner login and OE mode And checked cost on enroll now page and confirmation statement page .But cost displayed properly on both the screen

NOTE: Mapped rate on 'Retiree VSP Vision - EE + 1 Dependent' plan is effective from 01/01/2018.

Could you please help in reproducing this issue?

We analyze this issue and it is not an issue it is because there was the change in Plan Design customization.

Employee James Currie done enrollment through import with the same template in all retire plans with EE+SP tier effective date 10/01/2017.

Also, In Retiree VSP Vision - EE + 1 Dependent plan but in rate, there is no health tier cost for EE+SP.
So, It was showing Zero cost and this plan is an ongoing plan that why it was showing zero cost in future enrollment also.

and at 11/03/2017 there was a change in general plan design Retiree VSP Vision - EE + 1 Dependent plan and this plan is only eligible for EE tier refer below screenshots

After that change When you went to enroll now screen it was showing zero cost with EE tier and if you click on enroll now button again you will see the correct cost.

You will not face the same issue again we have tried lots of scenarios with current customization and it is showing the proper cost for future enrollment with EE tier.
