Hi,
Another strange item we keep seeing, for retirees enrolling in vision for EE+1 a cost is not appearing on their confirmation statement once they enroll in the plan. They can see the cost before they hit enroll and then it disappears? See below example for James Currie. Not sure if this is just a confirmation statement issue or a bigger one, so I wanted to pass it along.

I have been able to go into the system, waive the coverage, then re-enroll in the EE + 1 Dependent plan and the rate appears again.
I am concerned that this is a larger issue that if no rate is being presented after election, that this will pull $0.00 on to the Invoice.
