Fields on Add Employee page are not matching on Stage and Production environments

Stage : Precision
Production : Precision for Hspl

1. Login as Admin / Partner
2. Go to BenAdmin > Add employee
3. Observe and compare the fields on Stage and Production copy.

Actual Result:
Fields on Add Employee page are not matching on Stage and Production environments.

Expected Result:
Fields on Add Employee page should be matching on Stage and Production environments if the company is moved as it is.
