      Description

      On STAGE, system is not allowing user to enter age banded rates with Start and End age range as same (e.g. 30-30). This is working on production.

            Verified all attached scenarios on Stage

            1]Add new rate with Value 10-10, 20-20, 30-30
            2]Create a new plan
            3]Verfied rate plan mapping
            4]Add new employee cross verified by enrolling in the plan
            5]Clone substrate within the same rate
            6]Clone substrate with other rates.
            7]Delete Substrate
            8]Verified By adding the Same rate for child and spouse

            All above scenarios working fine
