For the Colts_UMR COBRA connection - the QUALIFYING EVENT CODE is currently mapped to the 'Enrollment COBRA Qualifying Event Name'. We need the values in the Event Builder Changed to Numeric Values:
1 – Termination
2 – Retirement
3 – Medicare Entitlement
4 – Death of PQB
5 – Ineligible Dependent
6 – Reduced Hours
8 – Divorce/Separation

We have added above numeric values for Enrollment COBRA Qualifying Event Name except 3 – Medicare Entitlement. Could you please let us know on which scenario 3 – Medicare Entitlement event happen.
