Hi Dev -
Client would like to move ALL enrollments to a 1/1/18 effective date. The elections should term 12/31/17 and then re-enrolled into the same plan with same election for 1/1/18. There are 4 employees that have elections that are not 1/1/18 and have a pending election. We can manually do those if needed (Listed below in comments).
All 1/1/18 elections do not need to be changed, they can stay as is. We are requesting dev's assistance due to the large amount of elections.
Please provide an ETA so that we can work towards a test payroll file for this client.
Please provide a report before and after. I also have ran one as well. Please let me know if you have any questions!

Hi Jennifer Johnson,
Please find our analysis below :
- There are 44 plans for which we can move their enrollments to 01/01/2018 effective date.
- Total 4122 enrollments will be moved during this.
- During analysis, we found only one employees (i.e. John Her) whose 3 elections are pending for approval. Please share list of other employees if you found any.
- Please note : If employee is NOT eligible for particular plan in 2018 then EE's election in that plan will be terminated with termination date 12/31/2017.
We will perform following steps for this request
- Share "Enrollment Report" before moving all enrollments to a 01/01/2018 effective date.
- Move all enrollments of 44 plans to a 01/01/2018 effective date.
- Re-calculate rates (if needed)
- Re-calculate policy numbers (if needed)
- Share "Enrollment Report" after moving all enrollments to a 01/01/2018 effective date.
