      Description

      Hi Dev -

      Client would like to move ALL enrollments to a 1/1/18 effective date. The elections should term 12/31/17 and then re-enrolled into the same plan with same election for 1/1/18. There are 4 employees that have elections that are not 1/1/18 and have a pending election. We can manually do those if needed (Listed below in comments).

      All 1/1/18 elections do not need to be changed, they can stay as is. We are requesting dev's assistance due to the large amount of elections.

      Please provide an ETA so that we can work towards a test payroll file for this client.

          Hi Jennifer Johnson,

          We have moved ALL enrollments to 01/01/2018 effective date. Please check and confirm.

          Please find below status of all STEPs mentioned above:

          1. Share "Enrollment Report" before moving all enrollments to a 01/01/2018 effective date.
          ---- Please find attached document Before_Enrollment_Report.xls.

          2. Move all enrollments of 44 plans to a 01/01/2018 effective date.
          ---- Please find list of affected plans in Affected_Plans.xls.

          3. Re-calculate rates (if needed)
          ---- Rate re-calculation not needed as all rates were moved with enrollment roll-over.

          4. Re-calculate policy numbers (if needed)
          ---- We have re-calculated policy numbers for affected plans.

          5. Share "Enrollment Report" after moving all enrollments to a 01/01/2018 effective date.
          ---- Please find attached After_Enrollment_Report_2016-2017.xls and After_Enrollment_Report_2018.xls.

          I will share password for attached document in separate mail.

          Please find our analysis below :

          • There are 44 plans for which we can move their enrollments to 01/01/2018 effective date.
          • Total 4122 enrollments will be moved during this.
          • During analysis, we found only one employees (i.e. John Her) whose 3 elections are pending for approval. Please share list of other employees if you found any.
          • Please note : If employee is NOT eligible for particular plan in 2018 then EE's election in that plan will be terminated with termination date 12/31/2017.

          We will perform following steps for this request

          1. Share "Enrollment Report" before moving all enrollments to a 01/01/2018 effective date.
          2. Move all enrollments of 44 plans to a 01/01/2018 effective date.
          3. Re-calculate rates (if needed)
          4. Re-calculate policy numbers (if needed)
          5. Share "Enrollment Report" after moving all enrollments to a 01/01/2018 effective date.
