Please find below 3C's of the issue,
Concern: Not able to update the beneficiary data

Cause: Employee Vol Life plan has more number of beneficiaries. While updating or deleting the beneficiary,it is crossing maximum string length limit.So it is failing in java script function and not allowing to update or delete the beneficiary.

Correction: We need to fix the code.

We have deleted Francisco as beneficiary and made the changes in percentages as mentioned.
