Please look at employee Charles Holland. He elected EE Life with a coverage amount of 200K during OE and the system gave him the two increments of GI 20k which is correct and pended the remaining amount.
For some reason when the contingent AD&D amount enrolled it is enrolling him in the max of 5x salary and pending nothing. I cannot figure why the EE Life and EE AD&D are set up the same and should always match.
I thought that maybe some customization was changed after the elections were made but that is not the case. I created Debbie Test and I was able to reproduce the issue.
There are currently 65 employees in this situation. I need you to research the root cause and fix the impacted employees.

Hi Rohit Shete,
Below are my observations on this issue.
The Parent plan (Employee Life) and Child plan (Employee AD&D) are set to match the coverage.
The Functionality is working fine when Coverage less than the 5x Salary (168,480) of the EE is selected for the Parent Plan.
For Example:
When we select 160,000 in Parent Plan 'Employee Life' and enroll. The Coverage of child plan 'Employee AD&D' will matched to the Parent Plan 'Employee Life'.
(Please refer the screen shots below)
However, when coverage more than 5x Salary (168,480) is selected for the Parent Plan the the coverage is mismatched. The coverage allocated is 168,480 (Maximum Coverage allowed to the plan).
Also the coverage doesn't pends.
(Please refer the screen shots below)
Request you to please look into this.
Thank you,
