Prime Healtcare advised that employee Susan J. Horvat's history shows Enrollment Terminated and Enrollment added by "EDI Test." Screenshot attached: 
Prime Healthcare is asking that WorkTerra run reporting showing any entries made by "EDI Test" that changed plan terminations from 2017 to a December 31, 2016 date. This needs to be done for all Prime Healthcare facilities:

For this reporting, we require the following fields:

Analysis for repotr to get historical data changed by "EDI Test" and "DevImport" users
Here are details about Susan J. Horvat's medical termination by EDI Test,
See WT-9121, We got request to add waive medical plan for employees who do not have enrollment in medical benefit type.
We got all the information like effective date of waive medical and termination date as well.
For Susan J. Horvat's , We got instructions to add waive medical plan from 01/01/2017 to 03/22/2017.
EDI Test was not actually a test user but its a user which harbinger EDI team had for testing purpose, on those day we used to have group login user per module like devImport, devExport etc.
Now we have individual logins.
So EDI team did this import on 23rd may 2017 that is why we see termination date is changed to 12/31/2016 for existing medical election and new waive medical added from 01/01/2017 to 03/22/2017.
We can change name of user EDI Test to something relevant if you want.
