      Description

Hi all - please see below.

Can you advise on how this can be corrected? 1A is populating on the Suburban Electric 1095Cs even though the logic isn’t based on FPL their Safe Harbor is Rate of Pay Gross Annual Salary.

It appears for whatever reason it isn’t basing on the gross annual salary and is instead overriding with the FPL code. I did confirm the examples provided did have salaries loaded since their effective dates.

          Hi Jennifer Leugers

Line 14 displayed 1A because of below condition :
1A. Qualifying Offer : Minimum essential coverage providing minimum value offered to full time employee with employee contribution for self - only coverage equal to or less than 9.5% mainland single federal poverty line and at least minimum essential coverage offered to spouse and dependent(s).

if employee cost is less than $93(FPL Amount) and the plan covers spouse and dependents, then 1A will be displayed on Line 14, refer attachments of employee Enroll Now screen and employee 1095C PDF screen shot
otherwise Line 14 will be displayed 1E if cost is more than $93 and plan covers Spouse and Dependents.

The safe harbor provided for plans are used to find out the line 16 codes and 2H for Rate of pay. But if employee is enrolled in plan then line 16 will display 2C.
