Billing Details - Health Savings not pulling

      Description

      Hi Dev -

      I have ran several Billing Detail reports from a few companies (Employbridge, Lily, Je Dunn) and none are showing the 2018 HSA/ DCA plans.

      The plan in Employbridge is "2018 Health Savings Account" -

            Hi Jennifer Johnson,

            This issue is same as WT-11716.

            Verified following scenario:
            Company : Employbridge
            Billing report span : 01/01/2018 - 01/31/2018
            Plan Selected on report: 2018 Health Savings Account

            No rate is mapped to this plan. Hence, the cost entry that is stored in database for an election, does not have termination date set to it. Elections are also effective with future date (in our case 1/1/2018). In such scenario, code fix was required to show these elections in Billing Report which is already done while fixing WT-11716.

            Please verify this issue once WT-11716 gets deployed in Production environment. Also, do let us know, if anything more is required.
