Please see the email below from CHUBB the employee they are referring to is Robert Tullis. Can you tell me what date we are sending to them he was hired 12/4 and he benefits are effective 2/1

“This employee was added through WorkTerra with a 12/6/17 eligibility date. All the HUB groups on Selerix, with the exception of Deep South, are using the “Eligibility Date” field as the EFD so that HUB can assign the EFD for each employee.
I can send a corrected file, but as long as WorkTerra sends over employees with mid-month Eligibility Dates we will continue to have this error.”
Just a head’s up that unless we catch these errors like we did today, employees might get enrolled with incorrect effective dates.

Could you please close this employee specific effective date issue, if it is no more issue.
For your additional information , We have received another ticket regarding generic change for effective date for all HUB group clients - WT-13136 , which is not approved for development yet. Once we get development approval for WT-13136 , we will take it ahead.
