Hi Nandkumar Prabhakar Karlekar,
Concern: Effective Date Service is not moving rate properly.
Cause: this issue is came due to
1.duplicate rates
if enrollment has duplicate rate then service is not added duplicate rate.
2.enrollment having 2 or more of same rate with different effective date and termination date.
like
then system is inserting only one rate against enrollment which is 1/1/2016 to 12/31/2017.
Correction: We have done data analysis & correction for all mentioned companies.
for this Issue will create separate JIRA NF-5685.
