Hi,
I am not able to save any Rule Engines I update in Production. I asked Damion to see if he was able to update a rule engine I was working on that would not Save. He was able to update and save the rule engine based my email.
Is there a certain setting I need or is there something different I need to know when saving rule engines. I haven't been able to do rule engine updates since the update came out.
I am trying to update the rule engine on the template called Ultipro Payroll HSA Only with the below rule engine. Their payroll needs to run tomorrow so I need to update the template for the new 2018 HSA plan.
Can you please help.

Hi Cindy,
Is this specific to HPB? or you are getting same issue everywhere else in production as well?
Also when you deleted browser cache then have you deleted entire cache or just part of it? if you have deleted part of it then try deleting entire cache & history like below
You can also try with different browsers, However let us know browser name & version if problem persists. Thanks.
