There were some incorrect plan rules set for all the life plans. Can you research and respond to the following:
1. Please tell me the history of the changes made to the life plans
2. Is it possible for you to run a query of the employees that have coverage amounts that do not match the plan rule
3. Once the employees are identified can the coverage amount be corrected by development or do we have to correct them through the UI

We have checked for Employee Voluntary Life, Employee Voluntary Life And AD&D,Spouse Voluntary Life,Spouse Voluntary Life And AD&D plans.
Please find below details of these plans:
1. Please tell me the history of the changes made to the life plans?
- We have found some changes in reduction, rounding rules of some plans.
- We have mentioned those changes in attached file. WT-13105_history_changes_&_comparission.xls
- We have also compare parent as well as child plan for reduction and rounding rules. No major changes are found
while comparing. - You can also view the history of plan rules on view history tab inside Employer Administration menu.
2. Is it possible for you to run a query of the employees that have coverage amounts that do not match the plan rule?
- Yes absolutely possible.
- We have written a query to find discrepancy of coverage amount in parent and child plan.
Please go through that file and let me know if you have questions?
