form builder - able to delete after forms mapping -Server error

      Description

      Page: Form builder

      steps:
      1.Mapped forms to form builder
      2.Observed form builder checkbox

      Actual result: Form checkbox not getting disable and able to delete form. after deleting form getting server error
      Expected result: Form builder checkbox should be getting disabled and not able to delete.
      Please refer attached screen shot and error log for more details.

      Note-Working properly on benefit description page
      same issue exist on New UI

          Hi Sanjana Jadhav,

          As per system implementation,form will not get disabled when category is mapped to forms library.
          Form gets disabled only when fields on that form are used in eligibility or employee has data against that field.

          And for server error on deleting form,it is working fine.It is not throwing server.Tested this on Production.
          So assigning back to you.
