Per BCC:
It appears that the SLO Voluntary EE Life age banded rate calculation is broken again. Please see the example provided below:
L. Magallon – should be calculating her volume at age 44, but the system is now calculating it at age 45.
Rate should be $24.45/ month
The Voluntary EE Life and Voluntary SP Life plans age changes take place annually on 7/1. Please have development correct Leticia’s record and review the system to see if any other employees or their spouse has been affected by this error. Voluntary Spouse Life rates are calculated off of the Employee’s age as of 7/1. If any other errors are found, please make sure any adjustments are made back to 1/1/18.
Please have development fix this ASAP as we need to get the February Invoice out to the group.
