Steps:

• Partner Login > Add Form > Upload file with name having Special character like _ ) > Save
• Now, go to Benefit Description Page > Add form > Select form > the validation is thrown as Special characters not allowed > Now go to form library and change the form and
• Again, go to Benefit description page > Add form > throws validation that form with special charater cannot be added

After this any form cannot be added, it gives same message for all forms even though it is no having any special character and no form can be added
