      Login: Partner (Frenc and English)

      Steps:
      1. French /English Partner Login > Add English Form > Save
      2. French Partner > Form Builder > Create Additional Form > Form Component > Settings > Forms are not available.

            Tested on Production,it is working fine.System is showing newly added category on forms.
