Hello team,
I am having difficulty trying to figure out the issue that the client is having and also which COBRA and payroll files she should've exported on.
Cobra Term Report Weekly - this may be the report that the client is referring to. Ashley Marra, can you confirm?
Payroll - Amit Thorve, can you find out which payroll file this employee should've exported on?
Per client:
Mary Machacek – She termed from Wacker on 12/13/17. She came across the payroll files terming the Supp Life and Vol. AD&D effective 12/13/17 however, she never came across on the payroll files terming the Medical, Dental, and vision (eff. 12/31/17). Typically all of the terms would come across on the same file. The even more peculiar thing about Mary is that she never came over on the COBRA report Becky B. receives. Can you please look into her termination and make sure this isn’t something that would happen again?
