Mary was listed with termination of EE supplemental life and EE Voluntary AD&D effective 12/13/17. She was missing the term for Medical, Dental, and Vision that term 12/31/17.In the past, all terms for an employee have been on the payroll report whether they were retroactive or in the future. I am hoping that this was just a one-off situation but we should verify so we do not have issues in 2018.

Hi Amit Thorve,
Please find below details.
Concern: Why the Medical, Dental and Vision terms were not sent on 12/21 payroll file of Wacker
Cause: We have checked and found that Mary's Medical, Dental, Vision,EE supplemental life and EE Voluntary AD&D enrollment's were terminated on 12/07/2017 with termination date 12/31/2017. On next 12/11/2017 export these termination's were not exported on file because of template has Current Year Election flag is 'Yes', due to this year end terminations was not exported.
On 12/14/2017 employee status was changed to 'Terminated' and some how EE supplemental life and EE Voluntary AD&D enrollments are updated and these terminations was exported on 12/21/2017 file with 12/31/2017 even though template has Current Year Election flag is 'Yes', because current year election flag will not consider terminated employee for year end termination criteria.
Jyoti Mayne could please check why EE supplemental life and EE Voluntary AD&D enrollments updated on 12/14/2017 as these enrollments are already terminated on 12/07/2017.
