Kathleen Cassidy is the admin for MATT and attempting to approve elections for Matthew Brinegar in the pending queue. She has attempted several times and receives an error message that I have pasted below. Please advise if there is an issue on Workterra. Thank you.
I have confirmed that the above admin user has user rights for all job title's as well as all job descriptions

Elite Staffing is also having issues with the Pending Queue.

I received a report from Saint Marys Reno and HMC that when trying to approve people in the Pending Queue, they're receiving the same errors mentioned above. Linked Jira CT-4212

This issue is solved we have Verified on Production Prime healthcare for hspl and Matt for hspl company consider below scenarios:
1]Election Accept/reject
2]EOI pending Accept/Reject.
3]Force plan Accept/ Reject
4]Waived Elections Accept/Reject
5]QE Accept/reject
It is working fine not getting the server error.
