      Description

      Hi,

      Per BCC: Both the client (Quincy) and BCC received an internal error while trying to approve pending records for waived benefits.

      See attached print screen.

      Employee is new hire, Jennifer. Bohrer.

            Per email received 2/20 from Karen at BCC she was able to approve the pended record this morning. This ticket can be closed.

            This issue is solved we have Verified on Production Quincy for hspl company consider below scenarios:
            1]Election Accept/reject
            2]EOI pending Accept/Reject.
            3]Force plan Accept/ Reject
            4]Waived Elections Accept/Reject
            5]QE Accept/reject

            It is working fine not getting the server error.
            Please confirm at your end.
