ILG | Data Correction on Termination Date on all Plans

      Description

      Hi,
      According to IGT. Group has Date of Termination for Termination rule. Somehow during implementation End of Month was set, which is notcorrect. While attempting to re-enroll and fix his termination date to the correct date of termination through UI and waive and terminate members accordingly, it takes lot of time and and creates room for error. Which I think is not the most efficient way.

      We are gathering information on correcting enrollments for all subscriber which were affected.
      Possible steps to take:
      1. Term Rules update –Updating build documents, IGT, CIS, and BOSS
      a. Update Rule on stage( done ) Production (in progress)
      b. Delete the other rule in stage ( done ) Production (in progress)
      c. Subscriber’s corrections on each enrollment to be* Date of Termination. –*
      d. Contact carriers to ensure the proper term has been passed.
      i. UMR,
      ii. UNUM,
      iii. AFLAC,
      iv. COMPASS

      Could you please do the analysis and find out if there is anything else we need to check to make sure that nothing else is affected.
