High Patrick Choi has added a new child and with the QE eff 3/8/16, he is changing to the HMO medical plan.
He has been unable to add the required PCPs. See screenshot of what he sees.
I tried to recreate the scenario and in doing so, enrolled in the HMO plan. I could see the correct PCP window. I want to terminate the plan so he can go through the process and select the correct PCP, but the plan will not terminate for me using the "terminate as never effective" option.
Help?
