Merced County has found a couple of issues with the ACA documents. I am sending you the UAT with details of their findings. Lena could not find a problem with the set up last night. Wendy is looking for the part-time employees (I am attaching the file sent to Lena) Lena said the part time folks were not loaded because they were not eligible for coverage?
Can you please confirm if this is correct?
Merced County has also requested an update on their SOW before they will sign. They want the invoicing to show (30) days, not 10. Can this be changed? I am attaching their SOW.
6. INVOICING
Subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement, payment for Services will be due ten (10) days after Client’s receipt of a complete invoice. The fees will be billed directly to the Client.
