Hi all - please see below on those getting 1F in line 14. There are many examples but I'm just sending a couple.
We received some feedback from Denton regarding EEs showing the 1F code (in prod) on the month the EE terminates coverage. The client advised - It appears the 1F code shows up on a month in the last month of coverage, or while still in the waiting period. Below are the examples she sent me and they are all from the last month of coverage. I am not sure what it is coming up. I ran the excel report and found 48 people that fall with the 1F code (I attached the list of people). Please advise ASAP.

This EE was terminated on 7/2, had the medical coverage till end of month. The system is picking up a 1F code which implies Minimum essential coverage NOT providing minimum value offered to you, or you and your spouse or dependent(s), or you, your spouse, and dependent(s). I looked through the IRS instruction form and I could not find anything on this code other than the definition.

EE terminated on 12/31/15, last day of med coverage is 12/31/15 and form is showing 1F for Dec.
can you please look into this.
