"I like #2. I want a few changes though. I want the word EDIT in front of the edit icon. For the information in the box with the dependent remove student status – add age, date of birth and the list of Benefit types the dependent is covered on."

As discussed with you on queries you have mentioned in attached excel sheet are working fine.
Except one issue i.e "All fields marked with a Red * are required." message issue.There is one entry in online DB that is now updated properly.Now you can check and mark this ticket to ready for stage.
