1] Log in to QA Environment (LB) as partner
2] Select windstream company
3] Go to BenAdmin -> Static Reports -> IRS Submission
4] Edit "Services" IRS submission records (This 1094C has total 12K 1095C)
5] Click on Verify submission date, make sure its session does not time out
Actual Result - It gives error after 25-26 Mins, refer attachments
Expected Result - It should create XML without error
It took 3 Min to create UI Submission XML for 1416 employees. We have verified for 12K records and getting server error, refer attachments.

Verified the performance of XML Generation on production companies (Windstream for HSPL and Austin for HSPL).
Below statistics are on Austin for HSPL copy from production.
Employee Count - 156, total time to generate XML - 19 Sec
Employee Count - 1016, total time to generate XML - 1:25 Sec
Employee Count - 2811, total time to generate XML - 4:32 Sec
Employee Count - 5368, total time to generate XML - 7:56 Sec
Employee Count - 8179, total time to generate XML - 13:18 Sec
Employee Count - 10115, total time to generate XML - 12:49 Sec
Employee Count - 15483, total time to generate XML - 20:36 Sec - For this particular record session time out message was displayed on screen, We have clicked on "Stay logged In".
Below statistics are on windstream for HSPL copy from production. These stats are for 12K+ employees
We have run same IRS Submission for 6 times out of 6, 2 times application was throw server error, refer image 
, and error log file is 56201631146AM_3369_2038.txt
XML Creation time - 14:07 Sec (Successfully created XML)
XML Creation threw server error after - 9:30 Min
XML Creation threw server error after - 5:18 Min
XML Creation time - 14:15 Min (Successfully created XML)
XML Creation time - 14:10 Min (Successfully created XML)
As we got server error intermittently we are reopening this JIRA and assigning to Development team
