      Description

      Steps to Repro -
      1.Login to application
      2.Navigate to BenAdmin > Reports> IRS Submission
      3.Clicked on Add IRS Submission , it redirect to add form
      4.Now clicked Check A2A status button

      Actual- Application prompt blank message

      Expected – Button should be disable if there is no record
