I tried the update you recommended in making all plans MV in
the ACA customization tab. I tested this with RCPS in production. I
ran another set of forms, finalized them and exported the excel report and I
noticed the 1F code was no longer showing. However, in Jackie’s UVU build, she
does not have any plans selected as MV in the ACA Customization tab and I ran
an excel report using the finalized reports in UVU and found no records with
the 1F value. I am curious why is there a difference?

In UVU, all plans were minimum values as EE contribution is less than 40% share of total benefits of the company.
So 1F code did not populate in UVU build. Last run of UVU was on 22nd March 2016.Finalized run is of 21st March 2016.
However, we have made changes related to minimum value on 24th March 2016.
Related to email "Re: Change in ACA Minimum value Implementation"
Email content is as follows :
Current Implementation:
Minimum value is true If this is set on the Customization or if the total cost of benefit across company is divided as EE 40% and ER 60% share,
New implementation.
Consider the ACA customization flag completely. If it is marked then plan is MV if not marked then Plan is not MV.
We have deployed this change on all companies.
So if 1095C report is re-run now,they will get 1F code instead of 1A/1E
