Please Review attached excel and let me know if I missed something which in scope of this enhancement.

1]Created Plan with Effective date 01/01/2016 to Null
2]Enrolled Employee (EE) in to the plan with Effective date 01/01/2016
3]Set Termination date on Plan 04/01/2016
4]Raise retro QE with Effective date 01/01/2016
5]Enrolled in to the plan with EE+SP+CH tier

Plan is Terminated it is not continue Enrollment termination date is set as 04/01/2016

Working fine as expected.

Verified this on Stage Environment.

We have fixed Qualifying event issue for retro days in Stage Environment.

Please verify the same at your end and let us know in case of any issue\concern.
