Today we scanned again and found two more employees in Softchoice and Groendyke which has active enrollment in plans ended on 12/31/2015. These enrollments has been done after your correction today. Please find attached list. [Old_Plan_Active_Enrollment.xls]

Regarding the list of 2700 employees shared by you, we need some more details on this. Like – Employee’s status, whether they are eligible in 2016 enrollments? We need to share this details with Dave.

Please find attached mail for solution proposed. We need to start this in enrollment team:

one issue identified:

· When qualifying event is initiated from retro days (ex – 11/01/2015) and enrollment done in any of the plans which ended on 12/31/2015, currently system inserts those enrollment with ‘NULL’ termination date. We are scheduling this fix on priority.

service to handle active enrollment in terminated plans. Below is the approach:

1. [Service]: Every midnight, the service will check if there is any active enrollment in plans getting ended on that day, it will set End date to those enrollments.

2. [UI]: From Plan design – eligibility page, extending plan termination date will be allowed only if Plan end date is greater than today’s date (we observed some of the companies has extended plan end date after their enrollment were terminated from 12/31. This step is to avoid above scenario).

3. [Backend Correction]: In case there is need to extend plan end for old plans, this will not be available through UI. We will have to take this request for correction (because in this scenario, elections terminated with plan end date, will have to be corrected)

Have terminated elections by date '12/31/2015', whose plan termination date is 12/31/2015 for all companies.

Following are the statistics:

• Around 3200+ elections affected
• Around 500+ Employee - Benefit Type pairs, which have elections effective in 2016
• Around 2700+ Employee - Benefit Type pairs which do not have elections effective in 2016. Please refer attached report for the this scenario.

Hi Samir,

We have script to terminate this which includes all scenarios of considering Rates, Policy no and credit pool. We will execute it company by company and will update datetimestamp and userID = 1 (instead -13), as OE is over now.

Please confirm that no company will extend terminated plan now. Because last time we terminated the elections and then few companies extended the plan.

After your confirmation, we will do this task tomorrow.

As mentioned below we have terminated Shari Sumpter's enrollment in ‘'Early Retiree PacifiCare (UHC) Signature Value HMO’ plan with 12/31/2015 termination date, because this plan ended on 12/31/2015.

Along with this we also scanned list of employee who were having active enrollment in plans which ended on 12/31/2015. There were 12 such employees found in El Dorado – production. We have set their Election termination date to 12/31/2015. Please find attached list of employees.
