{Hi Team,
Some of the employees for City of Durham are missing the information in section 111. The examples we have are Michele Cash, Joyce Baker, Gwendolyn Burnette and Thomas Bonfield. It appears that something changed them from 2b to 2G designation.

the employees were 2C enrolled and i have verified their enrollments But the 2C that was generated for these employees for all test runs with section 3 completed moved to 2G and no section 3 on the final forms and i cannot see what changed to cause this issue.
