City of Durham- Some Employees are missing info in Section III of the form

      Description

      {Hi Team,

      Some of the employees for City of Durham are missing the information in section 111. The examples we have are Michele Cash, Joyce Baker, Gwendolyn Burnette and Thomas Bonfield. It appears that something changed them from 2b to 2G designation.

          the employees were 2C enrolled and i have verified their enrollments But the 2C that was generated for these employees for all test runs with section 3 completed moved to 2G and no section 3 on the final forms and i cannot see what changed to cause this issue.

          They are the employees Kari mentions: Joyce Baker, Michelle Cash, Thomas Bonfield and Gwendolyn Burnette.

          I checked a couple of these against the prior run and then looked at their enrollment history.

          I have observed the Pattern of this issue and All medical plan are nor selected on " 1095 c for Active " report .
          These employee is enrolled in the plan which is not selected on the 1095 C report.

          I have tested this on the HSPL company and it is working fine after selecting the plan.

          Please let me know if you would like me to choose the additional plans and re-run the file. Please also let me know if we send the file to the client via FTP and have them resend or if we are resending them inhouse?

          COD would like it noted that once we rerun the file they want to review it and approve it before we send out any corrections.
