EOI approvals do not work properly on the STD plans. Here is an example from Floyd. Mr. Bettler applied for $4,000 in STD during OE. He was approved by the carrier. The BM went into the EOI pending area and approved the coverage. The EOI pending area does not capture the sub-plan that he chose. So the approval comes through on the confirmation with no sub-plan and thus no rate will calculate. Additionally, sub-plan enrollments are not indicated in the enrollment details in the history so there is no way to know what he chose during OE other than to call him and hope he remembers all these weeks later.
I have prior emails regarding this issue with sub-plans not being managed or recorded in all parts of the system. Getting them to show in the history is very important as if we could see it there, then we could manually manage the EOI but this leaves us stuck. All clients have this same sub-plan STD structure so this affects everyone.
We need QA help here, I guess we have implemented sub plans in view history last year. Could you please get the areas identified where we need to work for sub plans?

I went through enrollment screens to verify where we need to show the exact sub plan name (currently we are just showing the parent plan name here)

The issue for Pending EOI is not there, we confirmed for 3-4 employees & informed Jennifer Leugers. Enhancement pending to show subplan at all places.
