Hello Jennifer,

We observed STD plans records for employee 'Donald Bettler' through back end and employee's view history.
• Employee's STD plan enrollment request went for pending EOI ( OE - 01/01/2016 ) with selected coverage as $4000
• Admin accepted the same request with approved amount as $4000 with Effective Date 02/01/2016
• Also, enrollment done on the same plan through QE 'Admin Change' effective from 02/01/2016 with coverage amount as $4000( this time request did not went for pending EOI as per the GI amounts set for Admin Change QE at plan customization level )
As far as showing & keeping records for the respective Sub Plans is concerned - currently system does not show them on View History as well as on Pending Queue. It is shown on Confirmation Statement [ refer screenshot ]
In these menus, only the parent name ie, STD will be shown.

Please let us know do you need any further information in this. Showing sub plans will need development.

Hi all - please see additional comment from the Client.

So many questions.... I am interpreting this to mean that they acknowledge that the pending EOI does not work when approving a sub-plan. That the sub plan enrollment does not show in history. There are no plans to fix it. There is no way and will never be a way to verify what sub-plan a person had in the past and if they changed to a new one. If the BM approves and EOI on STD, it will not record the sub plan and thus not calculate a premium. There is no where to look to confirm what someone intended once this occurs and enroll it manually.

If I understand this write-up below, then this sub plan thing is seriously broken and you plan to leave it that way?

As per our previous discussion on this, currently system does not show Sub Plan Name Entries on View History as well as on Pending Queue.

Can you please take up ahead with development team ?

In order to to have this - we will need development. Do let us know about the further plan.

Right now we are not showing sub plan on Pending EOI screen.This functionality was never present in system earlier. We have included this enhancement to development list. We will update you once we take this for actual development.

Pended STD coverage, once EOI approved. If they approve EOI that is when the rates get set to 0.00. we lose the sub plan (wait period plan chosen).

Note: They have to create a QE enroll EE in coverage, make notes approve EOI

All - was this ever completed? The client is saying it is still an issue. Please see below -

EOI approvals on STD – this problem is once again showing its ugly head. Using the EOI approval tool to approve pended STD enrollments wipes out the sub-plan chosen and results in a $0 cost. Worse still there is no way to retrieve the subplan chosen. It is not recorded in history. I am reminding my Benefit Managers to use an admin event to enroll someone in a newly approved coverage. But this is problematic as well because now the history table does not show the pend and the approval, it just shows the enrollment by the Admin. Is this even on the radar to fix? It was outlined in detail when we visited earlier this year.

The issue for Pending EOI is not there, we confirmed for 3-4 employees & informed Jennifer Leugers. Enhancement pending to show subplan at all places.
